I keep seeing videos of Princess Catherine of the UK with her skirts caught in the wind

My mother used to sew little weights in my skirts at school so that they wouldn’t blow up in the wind. It worked, it was never awkward for me, and friends of mine asked their own mothers to do the same for them.
