I don't get women who wear skirts all the time

Who are they trying to show off too dressing in them?

@TiffanyFine WTF are you talking about? I don't hate women at all - most of my closest friends, all my adult life, have been female. I have a problem with someone "claiming" to be a woman who hates other women for choosing to wear skirts and dresses.
