Almost all the time [I Wear Skirts a Lot]
My body shape is more suited to wearing skirts and tops rather than dresses, but I do wear dresses occasionally.

@SilkandLace2 I am size 18 at the bottom, and size 20 at the top! It is hard to find dresses that fit.

@SilkandLace2 I think they expect me to use a tailor and get things altered. I just mostly make do with skirts and tops, and the occasional very stretchy dress!
