Young women do, especially around college campuses or other areas where there is a lot of them.
But also seems like those tight yoga pants that are hide nothing, have some what taken over...
But that first warm weekend after winter, and bare legs everywhere.
At least that's what I've seen around here (and used to drive past a college campus on my commute to work).
