why Nike trainers are not up to standard anymore

[c=4C0073][i]the amount of nike shoes i've bought which have been poorly made, with glue stains...its so disappointing especially when you're spending a lot of money, you feel ripped off...why don't they have people in the nike factories who over see the production of the shoes & if they're poorly made or not up to standard they are fired from their jobs?[/i][/c]
