will these boots be stretchable with a shoe stretcher

i bought these boots recently in a size 12, but size 12 boots just recently have started to feel a bit tight on me at the toe, my other size 12 boots have started to feel tight, yet my size 12 trainers feel ok....but i bought these boots, because i wanted them and they never had a size 13 in stock...i also bought a shoe stretcher online recently, i'm awaiting the delivery, but will the shoe stretcher stretch these kind of boots?
