Mismatched Shoes!

I got home from being out and about all day.

I went to take off my shoes. I took one off and set it down. Then I took the other off and set it down. They did not match. LOL! I went around the whole day with mismatched shoes. Nobody else seemed to notice, either, since nobody looked at me odd or said anything. Or maybe they kept quiet? I never noticed.

Granted, they both were very similar styles of New Balance shoes. They both were nearly all gray, yet with a slightly different pattern of grays. Yet one had a red sole, the other was orange. Weird I never noticed that! They were the same size and felt exactly the same.

I looked for the mates of these two shoes in a stack of shoeboxes. I found them. Sure enough, the missing shoes were paired in one box. Mismatched, of course.

So silly!

I do not know if these are exactly the same as mine, but it was something like this!

I did that once with brown leather boots and slightly limped as onevwaa half an inch higher. I thought id hurt my foot so sat at my desk and when i pulled my trouser kegs up one boot had a buckle and the other didnt. No one noticed.

@meggie Oh, that would be annoying, one higher than the other!

I think these are made pretty much the same, just maybe a few differences, and of course the color. I like the style so bought many colors over the years.
