Would you wear a bright colored pair of shoes?

I am thinking about getting a pair of yellow shoes. I am trying to make a decision on one of the two in the pics below. What shoes would you get.. the tennis or the flats?

@Penny Never thought about it that way... But ya. I have pretty much every other color of shoes. Would you go for tennis or flats?
