Just about every Sunday, I go to the park and walk for nearly an hour, the entire time barefoot. Some weeks ago, some lady broke one of her flip-flops and instead of taking the other off, she kept it on. I think after seeing me walking barefoot on more than one occasion, she possibly relented and took the unbroken one off.

I don't hate shoes. In fact when I'm dressed fem in the winter I love to wear knee boots. But when the weather is warm enough I live to go barefoot!
