should I get a nipple piercing? im scared of the pain

It's your call really. Don't fear the pain, it's momentary. It's a tiny moment in your life. If I were interested in that I'd do it without hesitation. I don't have any piercings, just a tattoo. I sat through two and four hour sessions for that and I'd do it again. I plan to get something much bigger which will probably take a full day session to do.
