When I was younger I was in awe of the Lolita culture of Japan. 🇯🇵

I dressed up as a Lolita girl and I dyed my red hair black. I was so totally into the lifestyle and before my sixteenth birthday my parents surprised me with a two weeks two centre trip to Japan!

🇯🇵 Strange thing about that trip was visiting the site of the nuclear attack on Japan at Hiroshima, hearing about the devastation and their part in the Second World War, and I kinda switched off the whole thing and I stopped dying my hair.
