I wanted to learn that at primary school, but they told me it wasn't for me. Not sure what they meant, because other guys were doing it. Maybe it was just a class thing, I was probably more of a wood and sheet metal type of kid

@mathsman: yes and no, lace in knitting but there is a more complicated way to make lace by hand using multiple bobbins and that is really really complicated
