I Am A Jeans And A T-shirt Kind Of Girl

I am a jeans and a t-shirt kind of woman. It took me awhile to come around to accepting it. I always admire different clothes on different people, and I'll buy stuff I think looks nice but then it sits around in the back of my closet never worn. I'm a laid-back, casual kind of person. A lot of the things people wear just feel too formal to me.

At work I've got a uniform, outside of work, I kind of have a uniform, too. I always go for the same things when I'm getting dressed. If it's warm, denim shorts and a t-shirt with sandals. Maybe a casual dress once in awhile. If it's cold, jeans, t-shirt, and a hoodie or leather jacket with black boots. It's what I feel comfortable and myself in.

My friend’s the same as you, and her ex used to really pressurise her to wear dresses and makeup and made her feel bad over her style; it really affected her so don’t ever let others tell you what to do, you do you!!

@SW-User I had an ex who always wanted me to dress more feminine. He also had a thing for hosiery which I never wore before him and haven't worn since. So glad the guy I'm with now likes when I wear the kinds of things I actually want to wear.

I think that jeans and a t-shirt is a good look, and with flat shoes and little or no makeup, it's easy to put on and really practical for day to day wear.

I agree with you completely. I also wear uniform to work and occasionally get dressed up to go out for the evening. The rest of the time just dress to be comfortable.
