The first heals I walked in were crazy big and thin, think I fell in the three times and ended up twisting my ankle. My mum got me em when I was 17

@MiraRoss Was it a stiletto heel? As an observant person who has noticed this (women's heels) I have felt that wedges or chunky heels are probably better for getting used to higher heels for the very reason you give!
