Being on my feet in them for the best part of the day is likened to medieval torture devices on one's feet. I never used to like them but over the years trained myself to wear heels. I know they look smart, elegant and even sexy, but once I'm home I can't wait to kick them off and put my little ballet slippers on.

Wearing heels can cause long-term foot problems. If you end up not being able to walk, you will regret how you once looked terribly. Choose something else, please, as feet are sooooooooooo vital to living. And do wear support insoles. They have them for heels too.
