I am worried about your back it can be rough on the back

I've never had any back problems and I do yoga every day so that shouldn't be a problem :P

My back pain disappears by wearing my heels.
You just need to know how to walk correctly in them. If you have a solid core and good balance then it's not a problem. Walk straight and tall, don't lean forward. When you lean forward you put stress on your knees and back...and that's where your back pain comes from. Strong ankles also help (look up the ankle exercises if you need to).
