Wanting a new skirt or dress

The windy season is coming up for me pretty quickly and I'm wanting to get a new skirt or dress for it. We can get constant winds for sometimes a few weeks around 60-90 km/h and I would LOVE to wear something I could really get blown away in. Anyone have any ideas?
