Are bicycle riders not subject to the most basic rules of the road? You know, like stopping at a stop sign or say staying in the correct lane.....is it the goofy ass spandex outfits cutting off blood flow to the brain? I am driving a truck that will squash you like a bug and you are flipping me off because you can't stop at a stop sign?
