I find dress codes rather pointless

I think the only thing that should matter is that you’re dressed. Formal, business, casual, etc all have too many unnecessary rules and I just never understood why people care so much. It’s never computed to me. I’m not more capable when I dress fancy than when I’m wearing sweats. What difference does it make? People and their arbitrary rules.

It goes to how your perceived and how people respect you and your boss has the right for their employees to represent the company the way they want not what you want

Lol your ramblings mean nothing to me. I’m talking about an arbitrary human concept. I’m not even talking about something that effects me personally. I think the whole concept is stupid. @pdockal

@pdockal humans have stupid standards. I’m not any smarter or respectable if I dress nice than I am if I dress like a bum. I’m still the same person. Humans just have stupid standards that should just stop.
