My BF bought me a thong bikini and wants me to wear it to a beach. I've worn cheeky bikini's in the past but I'm not sure about this. What should I do?

How did the conversation start? I am trying to convince a female friend of mine to wear a thong bikini on the beach. She has posted photos of her in a bikini but I am not sure if she's a thong girl.
