Who buy all those fashion clothes?

I mean the ones the models wear while walking on the ramp, that look bizarre, like wearing umbrella for example lol, which kind of people show interest in it?

Reminds me of something people would wear because it's so unique that no one else would be wearing it to an event....kind of stupid reason to buy and wear such things.
