What is the youngest age girl that you've seen wearing a thong bikini at the pool or beach?

Seems more common in Europe and South America.

it seems more common for high school kids in the US to be wearing at least more cheeky bikinis then what we used to wear when I was their age. I have never seen a thong on any one really at the beach, other than me lol.
