Target is the better option in my opinion. (If we're talking about clothes) ...that is if I am stuck with these 3 choices lol otherwise I can think of many others.

Walmart is about the only choice out where I live unless I drive to the city on my shopping days..

Well no choice no Kmart or Target in my area of Canada and as far as I know anywhere in Canada anymore...

I consider Target the stylish version of the three. I love their home decoration section!

i never went to a target, the walmart i went to was a mess
