No and the clothes I have will fit this summer, haha, so it'll be like I have new clothes, lost 35# so far and have new clothes with tags still attached....

@girlsmoke1975: thank you, I feel better now and it's nice not to feel the need to cover up with a jacket all the time.

@TexChik: I ate more yesterday and then got on the scales after breakfast (usually weigh before breakfast after getting up) and saw that I had lost another pound and a half....I don't know why but it seems sometimes if I eat more (low carb mostly but I had two extra servings of fruit plus nuts, etc. yesterday) I lose weight. Something weird about that. I feel like I'm eating more than before, probably am but no sugar or junk food at all.

@cherokeepatti: it takes calories to burn proteins . You've got your metabolism dialed in ... going for a size 4 ?

@TexChik: No my skeleton would likely be a size 10 by itself. I lost a lot weight the first time when I was 14, was anemic and started taking Geritol that summer and started going to the pool and walking in the evening with my friend. Got down to a size 12-13 and my sister asked me if I was a size 10, told her my skeleton alone was that size....and my aunt threatened to take me to the doctor if I lost any more weight.

Anyway when I was 20 I was a newlywed and baked too much fresh bread every week and gained weight. I started walking miles every day (measured by the section-line roads we lived on) and eating a very low calorie diet and it was so hard to lose weight even doing that. I probably needed more healthy fat and a little more protein. I've lost as much weight in the first month by eating a lot of fat & protein as I did when I was young....was told about a decade ago that once a woman goes through menopause it's nearly impossible to lose weight...bull crap on that sentiment.

@TexChik: I am even though I have periods where I'm not losing any and then it starts again...might be my thyroid. I am wanting to buy a full-body vibrational platform, have seen them featured on The Doctors show a couple of times and they say 10 minutes on one of those is like jogging 5 miles....tones muscles (depending on your poses while you are using it), gives energy, better sleep, helps with arthritis, etc.
