And let me tell you most of the people we helped were Roma people living in rural areas who didnt let their kids get education because they preferred them staying at home and working for the parents. Well we, as an organization, tried to change that and integrate them as well as we could into our culture. You have to understand some rroma people flee to the more developed countries in Europe because it is easier to earn more money than here where most of romanians are poor. The EU forced us to deal with rromas because they didnt accept to take the responsability themselves. Lots of Romanians get persecuted as well if you think about it. It is a problem Romania has, not a community living in there. If you ve never been in Romania and all you read is media than my advice for you is to not tell a Romanian how things are working in their own country, mkay?
