I think they look alright but it's better to stick to a uniform colour, a darker jean... FYI no man should be wearing skinny jeans especially if he goes to the gym, it's a very unflattering look and very feminine. Especially when they wear the ankle grazer kind. I don't like seeing his bulging thigh muscles or a mans junk trying to catch a break.
@Justlilyg: I don't like skinny jeans on men or young men either, but the young guys seem to be able to get away with it. After thirty it's an absolute no go. I only considered this color because I thought it was a very casual color, but it looks like the consensus sides with you. I really appreciate your honest opinion.
@JoanieNewHampshire: Each to his own, to me that shows me he's a show off probably has a massive ego, very vain. He's too high maintain for me. Nothing wrong with a man taking pride in himself but there's a particular type that lives on cloud cookoo who think they're lives sine reality TV special. In words of the generation I don't get "I'm not about that life!"
@calicuz: don't listen to consensus! Be your own person. They aren't skinny so don't worry about that. And the shading will highlight your butt. Where the baggy look won't
@Justlilyg: I don't disagree! I'm not fond of that type either. But think of it this way, it makes it easier for you to notice and avoid. I just get nervous around blanket statements. Some people look great and have pleasent personalities if they are wearing clothing that fits "them" and makes them feel good. As you said, to each their own.
@JoanieNewHampshire: very black and white view I agree but personally I couldn't see myself walking down the road with a guy dressed like that. I know what he's got and I really don't need anyone else checking him out to reaffirm he's hot. I like him and that's the most important thing. I can't imagine him really big up my street. I get to meet a variety of different people on a day to day basis and I can say the type I go for definitely don't dress like that. So I'd give them a wide birth and hands down they'd do the same to me. :-)

But what if you met this really great guy, with an awesome personality that you just clicked with. And then he got up from the bar, and had a really humble presence about himself a nice butt and was wearing those jeans

@JoanieNewHampshire: maybe I'm odd but I don't check out a man's "but"! That's the least interesting thing, and if he stood up in skinny jeans and I saw his front bulge I would have to tell him straight. It makes me uncomfortable to see your junk all crushed up like that. And I'm afraid if I brought you home to my parents you might give them a heart attack. I'm a very straight forward person. He doesn't have to change and I don't have to look at it. Off we head in our separate ways.
