Are you secure enough to wear a skirt.

I need more dresses! It's just there aren't as many occasions to wear them. And when you wear one just out, people are like why are you wearing a dress!

I can understand, people will often call you out on change! Up here in the sticks everyone wears jeans, the girls with high boots and the guys with work boots so when I put a skirt or dress on because I want to feel pretty people are like well ok, but isn't that impractal and uncomfortable?@SweetMae:
