I wear tights. But mostly I wear leggings. It's becoming more common for guys to wear leggings these days. I don't do that shorts over tights thing. I think it looks lame. I just wear a longer shirt with the leggings. I've been told I look good in tights, so there you go.

tights are worn by men all the time...watch the sports you seem them in them daily...NOW wearing them outside of that... different story.. LOL btw they are not daily long term comfortable yet extremely supportive
