Proper? Shouldn't the items be spaced and not crammed together? (I imagine the different hanger could tweak someone's OCD / ADHD....)

You only do this if you have too many clothes or a closet that is too small. This is a nightmare. It also looks like some of these don't even need to be hanged, it's okay to fold them and put on a shelf.

At least they are hung up. Yeah that image won't make the cover of Good Housekeeping magazine but at least they are not just in a random pile in the living room.
