Can you see the Seine from the top? It's also known as Puget Sound by the locals.

@NativePortlander1970 lol.... i've been on that walkway before. i think when we were heading to key arena in 1996 to see pearl jam notice bottom stub. it's a little faded but you should be able to make it out
