I only wear them in summer, mostly for convenience but I also like pretty dresses. One thing that bothers me is that they don't fit well with convenient shoes. I like walking long distances so sport shoes are ideal but they look odd with skirts or dresses.

Also I often think men that wear Kilts are often secretly into drag and do the kilt thing to pretend they are not while still wearing a skirt.

@robertsnj Try wearing a kilt, the whole outfit, it's a babe magnet. I wear it for special occasions, weddings etc., and you have to beat women off. They're all fascinated to find out if you're wearing anything underneath. And yes, you do get some guys as well, but it is mostly women.

I've been wearing dresses, skirts, lingerie, etc for most of my life, though for a long time I was totally in the closet. I'm now out to my wife and friends and it's so much better.

Living in a windy area no I don’t care to wear them often. If I do they’ll be longer ones, like ankle length.
