Wedding reception outfit

Got a wedding reception coming up but not sure what to wear. Do any of those look nice please? (Had a thought
about adding gold belt and shoes to the black one possibly?) (

The black dress is stylish but black at a wedding reception? Are you in mourning or is the bride a goth?

Both nice dresses but maybe something a little more formal is more appropriate.
