Some of you may not know about the hoop skirt that was so popular with ladies during the 1800s. There was an arrangement of hoops of graduating size used to puff out a dress to a fashionable shape.
I need one, but it has to have different properties. My hoop skirt will be so designed as to proceed up from the waist instead of down. Yes, of course I’ll wear modest leggings.
The purpose of this will be to capture and hold items I drop, thus keeping them locatable.
