would you wear clothing or footwear that did not suit you but you liked it
i have some clothes and footwear which i like, but feel that doesn't suit me, but i like to wear them anyway...is there anything wrong with this?

Of course there is nothing wrong with it. Wear what you like.
My personal quotient is pretty clear.
