Does anyone here own rose water or has ever used it?

I know it has multiple purposes one being hair i think. I just purchased some and want to use it on my natural hair (i'm black) but don't know if it would break it off or not?

I use rose oil for my face & as a perfume. Whats it do for the hair?

I heard when you use it for natural hair, it smoothes the cuticle and makes it more pliable. That was my main reason for purchasing it.
