What happened to the days when men wore suits as casual wear men in the 1950’s men in that era used to dress up in suits as every day apparel?

@NinaTina True, but on their own terms. Back then, while men wore suits everywhere, women wore dresses, stockings & girdles, hats and gloves. 🤨

@bijouxbroussard maybe they shouldn't take it that far....i have gone to a nice restaurant and been dressed up and then some idiots walk in like they have been picking up garbage. it is wrong. there is no consideration anymore for how a person should dress or be clean even.it went too far.

@DIABLISS There are still restaurants that have a dress code. But you also pay for the privilege of dining among patrons in fancy or formal attire.
