if you had a rip in the pocket of one of your jackets, would you still wear it

say you had a favourite jacket and you discovered a rip/tear in one of the pockets in the jacket, would you still wear the jacket anyway?

this has happened to me just now, i found a rip in the pocket of my favourite firetrap jacket...ive had the jacket years now...should i still wear the jacket outside?

Sure, you can still wear it. Depending on the tear, things you put in the pocket could fall out, but an embroidery place could fix it for a small price. My Pepsi jacket i wear in the winter i had to have the zipper replaced and had it done at an embroidery. Think it cost maybe $15, but that was a while ago so don't really remember the exact price.
