Juxtaposition?

I saw an adult female with dark, hairy, super curly leg hair standing next to a man with a bow in his hair, wearing a skirt, and frilly blouse. I saw this at a summer camp for kids, so that just added to it. All I thought was, so this is the norm now, no juxtaposition here! :)
