how is this indecent when i am wearing swim bottoms walking around the block

I meant to cover up from wearing swim suit. I suppose he could wear a dress then

I may agree with you but I’m just saying it should not make a difference if it’s a man or a woman wearing a swimsuit in public . I have seen women wearing bikini small bikini that would show more than what he is wearing. I’m not completely disagreeing with you but I personally think either man or woman should cover up swimsuit if not at beach or swimming pool both the same. But that’s me.
