They are pretty pointless unless you have A or B cups.

they do their job when you do sports... but i wouldnt wear them outside of sports

I don't know about you, but it depends on where I am. I'd be verrrry uncomfortable if I was wearing one in public. If I was alone at home, however, I'd just be worried that someone might find out
