Showing bra straps ok?

When you’re wearing a skinny-strap sundress or cami, do you always wear a strapless bra? Or is it OK to just wear a regular bra and let the straps show?
This is assuming you’d wear a bra with those styles

@WildWings I think that’s the general consensus nowadays. But I still can’t get past what was drilled into me by my mother growing up… That it was unladylike and not something I should do

@littledidi Moms are not always right! For some events going braless is required. She no doubt said that panty lines were lower class. But on some occasions they are useful -- guys like them and they prove you are not going commando!

@littledidi yes it seems the women's movement has made it ok for bra straps to be completely visible in the last 10-20 years, I'm not complaining, mind you, lol; if you were brought up that way i totally get it
