Do you think that there should be a difference in rules for girls and boys regarding hair cuts/styles at school?

My daughter has an undercut with shoulder length hair on top and has been told she must wear her hair down to cover it, but plenty of boys have that hair cut and are not told the same thing.

Thoughts?

I don't think there should be different rules for girls and boys regarding their hair. Your daughter's haircut sounds really cute and she should be able to wear it imo.

My 19 year old went to highschool for four years with hair down to the middle of his back looking like he walked out of a 1970's hippy magazine. It was fine and they never asked him to cut it or put it up

@Jenny1234 we get the same stupid issues with shoes. The boys can wear black trainers but the girls have to wear actual shoes.

@KuroNeko really? That’s so sexist. The boys should wear dress shoes then.
