My mom called me out to the living room

I was just wearing my t-shirt and underwear when i walked out to see what she wanted and she yelled at me at told me to take the garbage out that she asked an hour or so ago for me to do. I did take it out but didn't put pants on was i in the wrong it was so hot and humid 99 Fahrenheit
