Grey or sand tones if you wanted a more neutral palette in the living room/dining room. What shade of blue? If it's a pastel, you could go with a light green pastel in the livng/dining room, but it might be too much color to use vibrant hues there if you have a more intense blue in the kitchen and bathroom.
