@girlsmoke1975: its a good all round excersise.What do wear with shorts? I go with halter necks or a bikini top and either bare feet or high heeled sandals. I always drive barefooted

@tallpowerhouseblonde: Usually tank top or tee shirt. Some times a halter. Flat sandals or sneakers for shoes. Bare foot at home.
