Ladies how often do you wear heels?

I'm already tall (178 cm) so I don't wear them often.

I used to wear heeled sandals at work and for special occasions,they emphasise that I'm really tall 6'7.25: with long legs.But so often I would just end up taking off my sandals and going about with bare feet.
