Do you wear a wrist watch?

@SimplyTracie Because we were on the clock all day. Having to ensure mealtimes and travel arrangements were kept before getting her home on time.

And like i say. Once my Daughter made me aware that i was doing that, i took it off and gave it to her.

@SimplyTracie i did BUT ever since then i only ever wear it when i'm working !

@Picklebobble2 I got that. So your daughter taught you to relax and take time to “smell the roses”?

@SimplyTracie Something like that. These days she's blissfully married with little-ones of her own.
So i must have done something right.

@Picklebobble2 Does she stop to smell the roses? And have you reminded her of the time she asked you that pivotal question?

@SimplyTracie Kinda hard when she has two boys and a Husband that rarely stops himself.
But it's always a happy house.
Plenty of laughter and they're both very good at not allowing other folks drama to invade their space.

@Picklebobble2 Maybe it is more important now that she has children to take time to smell the roses.
Maybe not, I don’t know. 🤷‍♀️
