Women, do you consider cropped clothes as a purely summertime clothes or you also include them into your outfits during autumn/winter/spring?

Summer for me

I have seen women running when there is snow on the ground in tops like this and less .It makes me feel cold just seeing how little some women wear in the depth of winter .
