What is the point of wearing such jacket in winter?

It's cute and she clearly is not spending much time outside.

What is wrong with that?? It’s lifted up because she’s raising her arms. Don’t mind that at all!! If her arms were down she’d be covered.

It's a cute jacket and as long as you keep your hands down it doesn't rise up. It's not for real winter outdoor wear obviously. Usually it's to wear open over a cute outfit
