I bought this cute little dress at the thrift store today ! Since it hardly covers my panties, I'm wondering if it's a dress or a ladies top ??

It has a big bow in the back... so either way I'm going to wear it as a dress !! lol 🤗🤭👗

Doesn't look like a dress to me, but if you like wearing it around the house, why not? You're not doing anything I wouldn't.
